Erica joined Old Port Advisors in 2016 and currently serves as Client Service Manager. In this role, she leads the client service team, overseeing the seamless onboarding process and the ongoing management of client accounts. She works closely with clients and advisors, focusing on account administration and consistently delivering an exceptional client experience.
With nearly 20 years of financial services experience, Erica brings extensive expertise in client service and relationship management. Her previous roles at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch allowed her to develop and refine her skills in supporting clients’ financial goals and managing complex account needs.
A Maine native, Erica grew up in Cumberland and now resides in Scarborough with her two sons - one a student-athlete at Scarborough High School and the other attending SMCC. She is also an active member of the Scarborough High School Sports Boosters, reflecting her dedication to her community.
